Well, the secret lies in the delectable herbed butter and cheese – that's all you need!

Making herbed butter is a breeze and is perfect for enhancing the flavor of everything, from steaks to seafood and vegetables. To whip up this delightful herbed butter, simply soften some butter, add the spices and herbs mentioned in the recipe below, refrigerate, and savor the smooth sensory sensation!

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Corn on the cob (with husks still intact)
  • Limes
  • Garlic Herbed Butter (see recipe below)
  • Grated Cotija Cheese (Mexican white cheese)

How To Make It:

  1. If desired, remove the silks from inside the corn, then pull back the husks to cover the corn.
  2. Soak the corn in a cooler or any large vessel filled with water for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 350-400 degrees).
  4. Remove the corn from the water and shake off excess water.
  5. Place the corn on the grill over direct heat and grill for 15 to 20 minutes with the grill lid closed.
  6. Take the corn off the grill, and if you prefer, leave the husks on (they make great handles).
  7. Brush the garlic herbed butter (see below) onto the corn and generously sprinkle with grated Cotija cheese. Give it a final touch by squeezing some fresh lime juice over the corn, and voilĂ , they are ready to serve.

Garlic Herbed Butter:

  • 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian Blend Herbed Spices (found in your grocer's herb and spice aisle)
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
  1. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, Italian blend herbed spices, and lime juice.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the herbed butter until ready to use.
